A pottery class for kids in Vancouver at Pottery Studio 1 welcomes children and teens aged 3 to 17. In two hours, kids make their own mug, bowl, vase or candle holder while learning new techniques. Experienced instructors keep the atmosphere safe and supportive, so children build confidence even if clay is new to them. The class costs $110 and the studio, in the city center, offers morning, afternoon and evening times. Finished pieces are fired, so every child brings home a ceramic keepsake, and no previous experience is needed.
